6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers remain responsible for product evaluation, target-market compliance, finished-product claims, and import approval. This includes, without limitation:

7. Packaging, Shipping, and Export Documents

Export-ready packaging, labels, palletization, carton marks, and shipping documents must be confirmed in writing.
