Terms of Use
Last updated: May 9, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Gansu Ingredients website. This website is a business-to-business sourcing website for food and botanical ingredients. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply only to website use and preliminary B2B communications. Any signed contract, pro forma invoice, accepted purchase order, or written sales agreement controls over these Terms if there is a conflict.
1. B2B Use Only
This website is intended for sourcing managers, ingredient distributors, food manufacturers, beverage manufacturers, importers, repacking businesses, food service buyers, and other business users. It is not intended as a consumer ecommerce website, medical website, or retail product store.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, origin statements, testing references, packaging details, applications, and documentation descriptions are provided for sourcing and specification review only. They are not final sales specifications unless confirmed in writing for a specific batch and order.
Product availability, grade, moisture, particle size, SO2 status, pesticide residue limits, microbiology, heavy metals, packaging, lead time, pricing, and documents may vary by batch, season, supplier, production schedule, and buyer requirement.
3. No Medical or Health Claims
Gansu Ingredients supplies food and botanical ingredients as raw material and food ingredient products for B2B manufacturing, repacking, distribution, and food service use. No statement on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information must not be interpreted as medical advice, health advice, or regulatory approval for finished-product claims.
4. Inquiries, Samples, and Quotes
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding supply obligation, exclusivity, agency relationship, or sales contract. Samples, pricing, MOQ, lead time, and document availability are subject to confirmation. Any quotation is valid only for the stated product, grade, batch, packing, quantity, delivery terms, destination, validity period, and payment terms.
5. COA, Testing, and Documents
COA, third-party test reports, pesticide residue reports, heavy metal reports, microbiology reports, SO2 reports, declarations, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, and other documents are batch-specific where applicable. Document availability, test scope, test method, laboratory, language, format, and turnaround time must be confirmed before order placement and shipment.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers remain responsible for product evaluation, target-market compliance, finished-product claims, and import approval. This includes, without limitation:
- Confirm product suitability for the intended formulation, manufacturing process, packaging format, labeling, storage, and distribution channel.
- Verify import rules, customs requirements, permitted ingredients, maximum residue limits, labeling obligations, and claim restrictions in the target market.
- Review batch-specific COA, third-party test reports, declarations, specifications, samples, and packaging details before placing a bulk order.
- Avoid making medical, disease, treatment, cure, prevention, or unauthorized health claims based on information from this website.
7. Packaging, Shipping, and Export Documents
Export-ready packaging, labels, palletization, carton marks, and shipping documents must be confirmed in writing. Buyer-specific requirements, including private label, special declarations, test reports, destination-market documents, and logistics instructions, may affect price, MOQ, lead time, and feasibility.
8. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use this website for legitimate B2B sourcing, specification review, sample discussion, and wholesale inquiry purposes. You must not:
- Use the website or inquiry form for spam, scraping, credential attacks, malware, automated abuse, or misleading submissions.
- Submit false company information, impersonate another buyer, or request documents for improper or unlawful purposes.
- Copy website content, images, structure, or branding for resale, misleading representation, or competing websites without permission.
- Use product information in a way that violates food, import, advertising, consumer protection, or product safety laws.
9. Intellectual Property
Website text, layout, design, graphics, icons, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Gansu Ingredients unless otherwise stated. You may view and share website links for legitimate sourcing purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website materials in a misleading or unauthorized way.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use third-party services such as Cloudflare Turnstile and business email providers. It may also reference external standards, laboratories, logistics providers, or service providers during B2B communication. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, downtime, or service changes.
11. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that website content is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every market, application, formulation, or regulatory framework. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties related to website use, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gansu Ingredients will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website information, or preliminary sourcing communications. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Gansu Ingredients harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information submitted by you, unauthorized product claims, regulatory non-compliance in your target market, or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Terms for Transactions
Actual transactions are governed by the written documents accepted by both parties, such as quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, specifications, inspection terms, payment terms, Incoterms, and dispute-resolution clauses. If a signed or accepted transaction document conflicts with these website Terms, the transaction document controls for that transaction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies to your use of the website.
